Has anybody here been there before? In the last year or two since the repave?

I’m heading there this weekend and trying to get an idea what to expect. Seems to be a fun track, fast, and much improved recently.

H eard it been improved but SCCA found problems and didn’t certify it as an approved track for sports car racing. They have time trails there though next month.

I live half an hour away, unfortunately none of my cars are track- worthy (the RX7 is so close but significantly leaks oil) so despite very much wanting to go, I’ve not been to any of their events.

Overall the track layout is great, and grip is good. W ith the exception of a yuuuuge bump at the apex of the fastest turn on the track, the pavement is in great shape.

However, there are no markings anywhere so it’s difficult to find reference points. Plus, the facilities are.... poor. Make sure you’re up to date on all of your shots before using the bathrooms there.
